Ingredients:
- 1 envelope (2¼ teaspoons) unflavored gelatin
- 1½ cups heavy cream
- ⅓ cup Wild HarvestⓇ Organic Wildflower Honey
- 1 cup Wild HarvestⓇ Whole Milk
- 1 teaspoon Wild HarvestⓇ Vanilla Extract
- 1 large mango, peeled, pitted, and cut into ¼” dice
- Finely grated zest of 1 lime
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 tablespoon chopped Wild HarvestⓇ Organic Fresh Mint
Directions:
- In a small bowl sprinkle gelatin over 3 tablespoons cold water. Let sit 5 minutes.
- In a small saucepan combine cream and honey. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring frequently. Take off heat and whisk in gelatin mixture until dissolved. Whisk in milk and vanilla.
- Divide panna cotta among 6 small cups or glasses. Cover and refrigerate until set, at least 4 hours or up to overnight.
- Just before serving, in a medium bowl stir to combine mango, lime zest and juice, and mint.
- To serve, spoon a little mango mixture onto each panna cotta.
