Blistered Tomato Ravioli

Ingredients:
- 1 package cheese ravioli
- 2 pints Wild Harvest organic grape tomatoes
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons Wild Harvest organic olive oil
- 3-4 tablespoons Wild Harvest organic basil, sliced into ribbons
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400°
- Place tomatoes in a small bowl and toss with garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper.
- Lay tomato mixture on a parchment lined baking sheet. Bake for 15-17 minutes or until skins are blistered.
- While tomatoes are cooking, prepare ravioli according to package instructions.
- When tomatoes are blistered, remove from oven and add sliced basil. Toss to combine.
- Top cooked ravioli with tomato basil mixture and additional olive oil if desired.
