Fresh basil and tomato are the stars of this recipe paired with cheesy ravioli for a rustic Italian dinner from home

    • 1 package cheese ravioli
    • 2 pints Wild Harvest organic grape tomatoes
    • 3 cloves garlic, minced
    • 2 tablespoons Wild Harvest organic olive oil
    • 3-4 tablespoons Wild Harvest organic basil, sliced into ribbons
    • 1 teaspoon salt
    • 1 teaspoon pepper


    1. Preheat oven to 400°
    2. Place tomatoes in a small bowl and toss with garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper.
    3. Lay tomato mixture on a parchment lined baking sheet. Bake for 15-17 minutes or until skins are blistered.
    4. While tomatoes are cooking, prepare ravioli according to package instructions.
    5. When tomatoes are blistered, remove from oven and add sliced basil. Toss to combine.
    6. Top cooked ravioli with tomato basil mixture and additional olive oil if desired.
