Ingredients:
- 1 - 16 ounce package frozen cheese ravioli
- 2 tablespoons Wild Harvest organic butter
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 shallot, minced
- 1 cup Wild Harvest organic baby spinach
- 1/3 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup Wild Harvest organic milk
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Directions:
- Cook ravioli according to package directions.
- While the ravioli is cooking, place a large non-stick skillet over medium heat and add butter.
- Once butter is melted add garlic and shallot. Cook until aromatic, about 1 minute.
- Add spinach and cook until lightly wilted, about 2-3 minutes.
- While whisking, slowly add the milk and cream. Bring the mixture to a simmer and add Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper.
- Add the cooked ravioli and toss to coat. Serve with additional Parmesan cheese.
