Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp Wild Harvest sesame oil
- 2 10.2 oz packages Wild Harvest Plant Based Meatballs (24 meatballs)
Teriyaki Sauce:- 1 ¼ cup water, divided
- ⅓ cup Wild Harvest brown sugar
- 1/4 cup Wild Harvest soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Wild Harvest honey
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon Wild Harvest ground ginger
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
For Serving: Wild Hrvest frozen broccoli and white rice
For garnish: Sesame seeds and scallionsDirections:
- Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add meatballs and sauté for 7-8 minutes, until browned.
- Meanwhile, whisk together ¼ cup water + cornstarch in a medium bowl. Once smooth, whisk in remaining water, brown sugar, soy sauce, honey, garlic and ginger. Add to the pan with the meatballs and bring to a simmer. Continue cooking for a few minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Serve meatballs over cooked white rice with a side of roasted or steamed broccoli. Garnish with sesame seeds and scallions.
