 Ingredients:- 2 avocados
- ½ teaspoon fine sea salt
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 can Albacore Tuna, drained
- ⅓ cup minced red onion
- 1 rib celery, minced
- 1 tablespoon chopped Wild HarvestⓇ Organic Chives
- 1 tablespoon chopped Wild HarvestⓇ Organic Dill
- 1 tablespoon chopped Wild HarvestⓇ Organic Italian Parsley
 Directions:- Cut avocados in half lengthwise, take out pit, and scoop all but ½” of the flesh into a medium bowl. Reserve shells for serving.
- Using a fork, Mash avocado, salt, and lemon juice together. Stir in tuna, onion, celery, chives, dill, and parsley.
- To serve, scoop tuna and avocado mixture back into avocado shells.
